We're happy to announce some new features in BHC Portal!  Our EMR is already an easy-to-use medical record system, but with these updates, it just got even better.

"Draft" Workflow State

Now, the default state when you create an assessment (or any other content which has a "workflow") is "Draft".  This lets you continue to edit, save, and re-edit your form before submitting it for approval.  When you are ready to submit for approval, simply change the workflow state to "Waiting Approval" and click "Save".  At that time, the designated manager will receive an Alert, stating that the content is ready for review.

External Emails on Alerts & Secure Messages

To make sure you and your staff don't miss an important message, BHC Portal is able to send a short email to your listed email address.  You must opt-in for this service, however, by vising your Profile page and editing your email options.

Better Alerts Screen

The "Alerts" screen (found by clicking the Bell icon in the upper right of the screen) has been given a makeover!  Now, it is much easier to distinguish between alerts for you, or those for other members of your team, or for your clients.
