Dismissing Alerts on Approval

Now, when you approve of an assessment, service note, or any other content with a workflow state, any previous alerts for that content will automatically be dismissed.  This should help clear out the Alerts page automatically, for those users with lots of "awaiting approval" alerts.

New Reports: Assessments Usage and Service Notes Usage

These new reports (available on the Reports screen) make it much easier for managers and admins to keep track of who is working on what.

Email Clients About Upcoming Appointments

BHC Portal now has the ability to automatically email your clients if they have an appointment coming up!  On the Client edit screen itself, where the email address would be entered, is now a checkbox to opt-in to this service.  By default, it is selected for all new clients.
